We supply a wide variety of envelopes, all held in stock at large quantities. Envelopes are used by all kinds of businesses for sending out letters, leaflets, documents, or even smaller items in padded envelopes.

Padded Envelopes
Padded envelopes are a very popular choice for sending out smaller items to customers, due to the lower profile they can have lower postage costs than using boxes. The padding will help protect items from damage in transit. Two of the most popular choices in the padded envelope market is the bubble padded envelopes or the original padded envelope. We stock two brands of bubble padded envelopes, the high-quality Jiffy branded bubble envelopes or Arofol branded envelopes.

Cardboard envelopes

We stock multiple types of cardboard envelopes made from different types of board. Rigid cardboard envelopes are made from fluted corrugated cardboard and have a peel & seal strip to close, with a red rippa strip to allow for easier opening for end customers. Board-backed envelopes are ideal when sending documents that you don’t want bent or creased in transit. They have one side consisting of solid cardboard with the other side being made from paper. Each envelope has a warning to state “Please Do Not Bend.

Self Seal Envelopes

Envelopes available in the standard paper sizes of C4, C5, C6 and DL, often used to send out letters. We stock both the white and manilla coloured envelopes, available with a plastic address window or without. These envelopes use a self seal closure system so you simply have to press the envelopes to close them shut. No need to lick or tape these envelopes, which is great for fast past mass packing.

Document Enclosed Wallets

Document enclosed wallets are normally used to attach delivery notes/invoices to parcels or pallets. Simply place the documents inside and peel the backing paper to allow the wallet to stick to any surface. Available in a wide range of paper sizes, ranging from A7 to A4. You can choose between a clear/transparent envelope or one with the words “Document Enclosed” printed on the front.
