It is also often used on boxes or to bundle items to ensure everything reaches its destination in one piece. Polypropylene Hand Strapping Coils

Used to strap almost anything by hand, from publications to full pallets of machine parts. Our strapping is highly flexible and can conform to oddly shaped, awkward, and irregularly shaped items. Available in three different break strains for light, medium, and heavy-duty strapping, our coils are ideal for packing most pallet configurations.

Polypropylene Machine Strapping Coils

Machine straps and secures items. The coil is wound onto a sturdy reel, which is then used in combination with a pallet strapping machine. Polypropylene strapping can be used to tightly fasten just about anything together, from journals to full pallets of heavy products. Our strapping is incredibly flexible and can strictly adhere to oddly shaped, awkward, and irregularly packaged items.

Strapping Tools for Polypropylene Strapping

Pallet strapping must be tensioned and sealed correctly to secure parcels, pallets, and cartons. You can accomplish this by using a tensioner and sealing tools. Sealer tool: the tool closes the metal seals that surround the strapping. Tensioning tool: tightens the strapping around your item to ensure maximum tension. Combination tool: tightens and seals with a single tool that’s strong and durable, and ideal for busy warehouses.

Strapping Trolley & Stand for Polypropylene Strapping

Dispensing Trolley: Dispenses strapping and stores tools in one location, and is intended for use with hand strapping coils. It has a waist-high tray for putting away strapping accessories and can be easily moved and relocated in factories, stores, warehouse facilities, and packing rooms. It eliminates the need to transport heavy coils of strapping or leave them lying around on the floor for someone to trip over.

Our Dispensing Stand is half the height of our trolley and can be used on the floor or a workbench. The stand is manufactured from steel, making it both strong and durable within the workplace, and the stand's integral handle is useful for easy handling and safe movement in crowded packing areas. Reduces stress and clutter while strapping pallets and packages, increasing efficiency and lowering packing costs.

Strapping Seals & Buckles for Pallet Strapping

Semi Open Metal Seals (12x25mm semi open metal seals): Suitable for securing medium and heavy-duty loads in industry and business. Used extensively with 12mm strapping in conjunction with sealer and tensioner tools, ensuring that the strapping is securely fastened and sealed. The stainless steel design prevents rust and provides a strong seal to keep your loads secure while in transit or storage.

Plastic & Metal Buckles: No tool is needed; secure your items by hand, intended for use with 12mm wide pallet strapping and are ideal for low-volume and light-duty applications.

Steel Strapping Coils

In industries such as construction, engineering, and export, heavier loads can be secured with steel straps. Metal items, wide and heavy loads, concrete blocks, cables, glass, pipework, and many other supplies that come to mind can be bundled together. Our coils are ideal for strapping pallets, steel, tricky shapes and loads, ducting, plastic products, along with many other materials.

Steel Strapping Tools

We provide the following tools for applying steel strapping to heavier loads such as masonry, thick metal items, sea and air freight, and so on. 

Cutter Tool: Cut through any of our steel coils safely and comfortably. 

Sealer Tool: This tool is used to close the metal seals that surround the metal strapping. 

Tensioner Tool: Tightens the strapping around your item to ensure optimal tension.
