Impulse Heat Sealers
- An impulse sealer is a powered tool used to seal different types of plastic packaging, items such as poly bags containing groups of parts or components. It uses an impulse of electricity to heat up a metal wire that melts one layer of plastic to the other.
- How our sealing machines work: Using heated sealing wires that are activated when the sealing bar is pressed closed. It pushes the heated wire on to the film sealing it closed.
- What can you seal:Our machines can be used with cellophane bags, poly tubing, layflat tubing, open ended poly bags, plastic sheeting, foil and other packaging that has metal in them, such as foil bags which have a foil inner and a paper outer. PP, PVC, PS, IPS, PA, aluminium foil, and board materials
- Impulse sealers apply a brief impulse of heat to close the bag that provides a durable sealcreatinga quality air and watertight seal on a wide variety of plastics.
