Friction Weld Pallet Strapping Tools

A quick and simple way of securing any item you're strapping, including pallets, boxes, containers, crates, bushels, pipework, and much more. Our tools are intended for use with polypropylene and polyester strapping, in widths of 12mm, 16mm, and 19mm. The main advantage of using tools to tighten straps is that the full breaking strain of the strap is used, with the seal strength and strapping tension maintained.

Impulse Heat Sealer

Used to seal multiple kinds of plastic packaging. The sealer uses an electrical impulse to heat up the internal metal wire, which then melts one layer of plastic to the other. It does this by using heated sealing wires that are only initiated when the sealing bar is pressed closed. It forces the heated wire onto the film, sealing it shut.
